sales tax

  • Hello

    I have the problem that I can no longer click and change the button for the incl. or excl. value-added taxation, so that my products are currently taxed incorrectly. Did something go wrong with the installation or can I change something?

    Hi @vanessakreling,

    Looking at your system status and screenshot I can see you’re using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugins Automated Tax features.

    When you have enabled the Automated Tax settings some of the features of the tex page will be unselectable and you’ll notice those greyed out. The settings which cannot be used when Automated Tax has been enabled are below.

    The only way to re-enable those settings would be to deactivate the Automated Taxes functionality.
