Sales Tax and VAT Calculation

I am setting a Woocommerce based e-commerce site for a client based out of New York.
As the sales tax collection in New York is destination based. Setting up the tax rates would be really complex, creating so many entries are not an option for us, is there any plugin for woocommerce that can create those tax rates entries or do the tax calculations.Please guide.

you can use table rate plugin: https://www.xadapter.com/product/woocommerce-table-rate-shipping-pro-plugin
Or you can use wooCommerce default shipping option by using the (*) value for all city in the country and (*) can also be used for all the countries.
