Sales Tax not working correct with Coupon codes

    We have both taxed and non-taxed items in the store. We also use coupon codes to give current members a discount when ordering classes. Right now we have the coupons deactivated and the sales tax is working fine for taxed items. When we activate a coupon and test the cart it gives us a negative sales tax number and the totals are wrong.

    Currently we cannot use coupons but need to for the next classes that people should be joining now.

    Yikes! I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve not heard of this one before. Because we don’t have access to your site can you please submit a support request to our website where our paid staff can help (probably not today / xmas day).

    Hello Dan, it’s been a few years since we connected about your software. Thanks for the quick reply. I already did a support ticket and Ray Ardinanda is working on this for me. I hope this can be fixed soon as this is cutting into the time my client has to get new registrations for the next classes.
