  • This could due to your sales tax rate setup in WooCommerce. For each tax rate the Shipping check box needs to be checked in order to calculate tax on shipping. Or you could try zip level sales tax rate table from https://www.woosalestax.com. Upload the sales tax rates for your state and check the Shipping box for each row. Click Save, that’s all.
