  • @rdembrun – were you able to figure out how to fix this? Thanks!

@mmirus: If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

This happens if you have members plugin or i have also noticed it having issues with user role editor plugin

I have not had time to come back and revisit this, but I did do some additional testing with turning User Role Editor plugin on and off. It does appear that they don’t play nicely and there is a conflict somewhere. I need to do a hard backup of the site before I go in and change the user based plugin. I’m hoping that I can find one that still meets our needs.

So I have a lead that it’s plugin conflict with the User Role Editor, but I don’t have a definitive answer. Thanks for some extra guidance and reconfirming that it’s not just user error, C-Fusion.

We were able to get around the issue by deactivating the Members plugin, enabling the Salesforce API in the add-on settings, then reactivating Members.

As a follow up to this. It was 100% the User Role Editor.

HOWEVER I was able to get it to play nicely with Advanced Access Manager, so that’s what we’re using for segregating our users/teams.
