Salesforce Capturing Referring URL

Is it possible to capture and pass the referring URL with each form submit?
E.g. https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=8IaFW5S7DIr5zgK-waioBw&q=gold+gloves
I’m looking for a way to capture the organic keyword within these submits and this is how I can do so I think?
