Salesforce Form Integration

    Hi,

    We are currently testing out using the Form plugin to send leads on our site to Salesforce. We have the integration working, however when someone submits the lead, two leads of the same contact are sent to Salesforce. How do we fix the duplication?

    Also, we have tried adding new fields to the form, but the new fields are not being mapped to Salesforce. How do we get new fields to map to the Salesforce lead?
