Salesforce Pardot Integration

I have two subscription forms in the right sidebar and the lower footer that I’d like to integrate into my “form handler” in my Salesforce Pardot account. I’ve verified the fields are situated and the action is there but I keep coming back with “field required” errors. Any help in getting this working? Is it compatible at all?
