    Hi:

    Forgive me if this is obvious, but I’m not a seasoned SalesForce admin. I’ve successfully connected the plugin to my SF instance, but when I go to import users, it wants me to “Select Topic.” There’s only 1 topic in my list.

    In my SF instance, it appears that the topic isn’t linked to any contacts. That seems to be preventing anything from being imported.

    The fields are all populating, however, and I am able to map them how I want.

    What am I missing here? Is there something I need to change about my SF instance?
