Weird…

That’s not very informative. The form using the plugin does not work, but the html embed form does. I’m hosted at WP Engine and am wondering if whatever the solution was in the above case would apply to my problem, but from the screenshot alone I can’t tell.

Any chance the original poster could provide more information on what caused the problem and what was done to fix it?

@pieter Hartsook – there’t a link in the WP Engine admin screen to fix permissions, you can try clicking that to see if it helps.
