Same credit card ?

  • We have some users trying to subscribe using same credit card, but different email address . Is this possible? they are having problems.

    There should be no problem within RCP itself if you use the same credit card but a different email address. What may well be happening is that Stripe is questioning different people using the same card. Stripe’s system may think there is some form of fraud going on. I would suggest contacting Stripe support.
