Thanks for the answer but i have disabled the automatic review settings in my wordpress and im manually clicking the button when i want to send a mail to a customer to make an review, but i cant see how i can do that here ?

i have already a mark in the check box here:
“Limit Number of Reminders
Limit Number of Reminders Enable this checkbox to make sure that no more than one review reminder is sent for each order.”

but still when i look at the woocommerce overview page for my orders i cant tell if i already sent a and received a review from a customer on a earlier order or not or did i misunderstand anything here ?

Hi,

To send one review reminder for a customer per product, please follow these steps:

1. Switch to CR Cron
2. Login to the cusrev dashboard
3. On the cusrev dashboard go to Reminders > Settings > Stop review reminders after: One review per product and customer

One review per product and customer - the plugin will not send any new review reminders for a product after a customer wrote at least one review for that product. If the same customer buys some other product, then review reminders will be sent.

After that, you can manage the review reminder on the cusrev dashboard. Our system will help you to check if a customer wrote at least one review for a product and prevent sending review reminders.

The free version only helps you to send the reminders manually and send one reminder per order. You need to check if the customer wrote a review manually on your own.

Thanks for the guide, just one question to be sure that i understand correct, sorry if im a bit of a slow learner ?? but if i follow the above guide from you will that help me when i manually will sent a reminder to customers that have not bought the item before or have already made an review ? the reason im asking is because at the end of your guide it says….
