The Minimum Delivery time(in days) setting in our Order delivery date Lite version will be counted from next day and not the same day.
So, if you set the Minimum delivery time as 0, it will enable the next day as it is counted from the next day.
However, we have a feature named ‘Enable Same day delivery:’ present in Time Settings in our pro version where you can enable same day delivery in the calendar on the checkout page.

Can you please let us know whether Saturday and Sunday are enabled on your site?
If they are enabled and still it shows the first available day as Monday then please create a ticket on [email protected] with the URL of your website and the admin access to your site, so we can check the issue on your site.
