Same Day reservations error

When booking for the same day, the reservation does not send e-mail to the hotel, and does not register the reservation on the bookin system.
But IT DOES SEND E-MAIL TO THE CLIENT.
It′s a very big problem, as I use to have same day reservations, and I cannot receive them.
P.D. As I see, the system record them as “expired”, maybe because they made the reservation after the normal check in hour ?? and does not send the e-mail to us…
