Same day/Walk-in Appointments

    How do you/is it possible to book an appointment for the same day if someone walks in and there is an open time slot? Currently I am unable to schedule an appointment for a patient with a Doctor that has open slots at the time the patient walks in.

    yes, you can add an appointment for the remaining time slot of the day. also, you can add encounters directly for walks in patients.
