    plugin is sending same email 3 times, how can we stop this from happening

    I hope you doing well.

    It appears that another plugin might be responsible for sending emails. Could you please specify if a particular email, such as a password reset email or an order email, is being sent three times from your website?

    You need to deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.
