• “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” when customer tries to check out. Doesn’t happen every time. Sometimes the transaction goes through after multiple tries. Support has looked at this before but told me nothing was wrong.

    I don’t see a reference number on the emails. The email correspondence is with “Marko K” and “Tickera Team” and begins on Sat, Jun 12, 2021 with the last email in the chain on “Fri, Jun 18, 2021.” There appear to be 5 emails in the chain.
