  • It looks like JavaScript doesn’t work in your browser. There is a couple of causes.
    1. Javascript is disabled in options of your browser. To solve it you just have to enable it.
    2. Javascript is interrupted because of some errors appear during loading the page.
    It should be looked to get to the bottom of the issue.

    Javascript is enabled. So it is more likely the latter (#2). I eliminated all plugins, with no change, so I don’t think it was on the site.

    I tested the setup on another site and host. It worked fine. The site with the problem is hosted on a cloud service. I ended up changing to another host and do not have any problems now.
