Same form (shortcode, database) for Multisite Network

Hi, is there any possibility to use one contact form for all sites of network?
I have 60< sites in network and we need one contact form for them all.
Problem is switchtoblog works only for #1 blog where form was created. On other blogs – just showing, but when press “Send” – nothing happens.
I really need this functionality, cause if I need to change something in form – now I need to change on each site (more 60 times)- it’s crazy.
