Same Form Title for all CF7 forms

    Today I started to use your plugin for redirecting to a page after a CF7 form is submitted. Everything is working fine on the frontend, but there is a bug on the backend (at least on my website).

    As you can see on the image below, under the Submissions tab all Form Titles are the same regardless of the fact that these 6 lines are submitted from 6 different forms.
