Same form works in popup, but does not in page

Hi, I read and tried that solution before.

The thing is, the form DO works in that same page placed on a popup (click CONTáCTANOS on the main banner).

And that same form is placed at the bottom and there, is where it doesn’t work.

Is anything to do with version compatibility?

Even if you click the submit button at form at the bottom, without filling the fields, it doesn’t show the error of “empty fields”

I have a similar issue, but the exact opposite.
The form works on page’s but not in a popup, also no error given. I’m using popup creator.
