Same IP for every hit

Hi, just installed WP statistics with my new site but it’s been showing the same IP. The IP is the client IP, and it’s not showing the visitor’s actual IP. I already checked all the settings. I even tried other statistics plugin and they did show the actual IP of visitors. Anything I’m missing with WP statistics? Thanks
