We have a Thai website and both Thai and English version using the plugin “Polylang”. This plugin duplicates the web pages for each additional language and marks them accordingly.

We want to display the same [jobs] list to both Thai and English page, no translation required, but this is not working for the Thai page. Is there a way to do this ? We have the unpaid version.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We also want to use the same [submit_job_form] on both our “Post a Job” page and this is not working either.

Just wanted to note both the Jobs list and Post a Job page have their own respective Thai pages but the same short code relate to them.

    Hi!

I think what you need will require customization. However, we are unable to provide support for this custom request. You can look into one of these services for help:

    https://jobs.wordpress.net/

Or try asking the Polylang support team if it’s possible not to translate some listings or section on the English site or Thai site.

    Hi @aicee11,

Thanks for the hint. I managed to work out a workaround without having to customise both plugins. There’s an extra step I have to do from the back-end but it is fine for now. I’ll look to streamline it if the website becomes popular and useful for our community.

    Many Thanks

    Hi @isipray

I’m glad to hear you were able to find a workaround.

If you can share your findings, that would be awesome for the WP Job Manager community. ??

For now, I will set this thread as “Resolved” but if you have additional questions, please let us know and mark this thread as “Unresolved”.

    Best,
    Alba

    Hi @ctdealba,

In the Thai menu, I added the Post a Job URL of the English menu. It seems to post to the Thai [Jobs] as a result. It doesn’t display in the English [Jobs] though but I can create an English record in the back-end and vice versa when I post from the English menu. I’m happy to do it this way for now. I hope that make sense and helps the community.
