    These are just custom fields. You can create unlimited fields in profile form and populate them with drag and drop UI.

    That one i know but do I get the AGE, COUNTRY AND GENDER to show up under the profile name like the demo example: https://ultimatememberdemo.com/user/tomsmith/.

    Go to profile forms in Forms area, you’ll edit a profile form, on right you should see “Add custom fields below header” or user meta that appears in header, add the custom fields there ??
