    Apologies for the inconvenience. We will check the possibility of occurring the duplicate in any case.

    For time being you can resolve this by using this code once in active theme functions.php –
    update_post_meta(159, '_order_number', '#A539');

    Change the order ID (159 ) and order number value ( #A539 ) to your desired value. Or you can alter all the order numbers by going to the settings of the plugin and click save. Please remove the code once reloaded any page.

    To analyze the issue further, we need to replicate the issue in our dev sites. Are you using any subscription product management plugins in the site?
