Same pages/posts listed over and over again despite not being related

Hi guys,
I kept noticing the same few pages/posts being linked to on most pages/posts and they were not particularly related to the page/post on which they were appearing.
So I loaded 10 pages/posts of completely different subject and content types and there is indeed a bug. of the 50 related posts/pages listed

https://bitedge.com/blog/starting-a-new-sportsbook-in-the-philippines/Clearing the cache did not help, in most cases it just changed the order that the same handful of pages/posts kept appearing in.
