Same Permalink in different directory

Hello,

I’m trying to setup a multilingual site like:

https://www.mysite.com/contacts
https://www.mysite.com/en/contacts

The problem is, that I cannot set the same permalink – in different subdirectories/categories – for different pages.
Any idea how to achive this?
