same pop up not working on one mobile website

I am using the same pop up on ChapelHillMagazine.com and ChathamMagazineNC.com – they both work on desktop and the mobile version is not working on the Chatham site. I used the CSS (both versions) I found on another thread – when I used on Chapel Hill site it worked – it doesn’t work on Chatham – please advise.
