Same problem as everyone, users profile page redirects to HOME

    As shown in the post many people are having this issue even with the latest version of UM.

    I’m using Astra Theme, I’ve set it so everyone can see each other’s profiles and checked permissions for each page, also checked the permalinks. no matter what I do, when I share a user’s page link it redirects to the home page.

    Similar to that is the fact that they also do not appear in the User Directory, it seems all the users are set as private even though THEY ARE NOT.

    We need help with this, please!

    I should also mention that the Administrator CAN view the profiles and find them in the Directory. But the users can’t see each other.

    Hi @gonbx3,

    Can you please attach the screenshot of your user role settings from Ultimate member -> Roles -> your user role.
    Please check your User page access settings in the Pages section and “Um content restriction” widget.

    Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hello thanks for answering, I want to say the issue was fixed, just for your info and everyone else’s the Users I had before the correct setup were bugged, I had to delete those users and the newly registered ones worked as intended. Maybe something worth checking for an update?
