    Hi, im seeing an issue where the same product is being added to every order I receive in woocommerce? its 1 product in particular, the product thas been deleted yet it still appears! also if the order has 2 different shipping classes im seeing duplicates of these charges?. I have disabled all plugins and reverted to default theme but nothing seems to stop this happening?

    This is odd, thank you for reaching out about it.

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

    If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

    A picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes, therefore, could you also share a screenshot of the shipping classes currently set up at your store, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

    I cant see any fatal-errors in the woocommerce status log im afraid.

    The shipping class is being calculate (along with the order total incorrectly).

    So after looking through the orders I noticed that we had ALOT of spam/fake orders arround the time this started to happen, in total approx x750. Although deleted from the wordpress admin, these orders were still referenced in the database which made the order numbers / ids out of sync. Once I found the spam order number/ids and deleted these from the database all new orders have returned to normal! Hopefully this will help someone else.
