    Hello team i have problem with my clients website i have setup the plugin as you described on the docs. I have problem when upload new products on my woocomerce. It sends one product with two different ids if it is variable .

    I posted the issue on git-hub without answer. can you please help me? I have uninstalled the plugin i have changes pixel catalogue all but the same.

    Thank you for these logs! Surely, in the log for 6/4 I do see the repeated error Could not find Product Item for catalog id where it gives the catalog ID. This seems to mean it is not duplicating the products, but there is a conflict where it is not updating/uploading them.

    Can you post your Status Report here? That would give us an idea of what is on the site, so we can check for conflicts. WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status

    Hello you will not find the products I have deleted the double products from the Facebook shop

    Could you please share your Site’s Status Report here as requested earlier? You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
