Same route twice a day?

Hello everyone. I recently got this awesome plugin but I have a question.

I have just one bus routing two cities. From city 1 –> city 2 and city 2 —> city 1.

For example, I want to do this in the same day:

CITY 1 CITY 2
(1) [08:00 hrs] —> [10:45 hrs]
(2) [15:15 hrs] <— [12:30 hrs]
(3) [17:00 hrs] —> [19:45 hrs]
(4) [23:45 hrs] <— [21:00 hrs]

Can I do this? When I route this I only get options (1) and (2)
