The plugin returns the same results for every keyword used so whether I type in chest or legs the search results returned are the same. This changed after the last update I believe because for a while it was working correctly. So before upgrading I need to know why this happening and also what the support is like. Thank you!

It actually returns all the products on the site so it’s not working at all. The products that popup shows but if you enter and the page shows the search results it just shows all the products and not the specific ones you search for by keyword

    Hello,

Maybe there is a conflict with one of your plugins or theme.

The best approach would be to deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue still occurs after each deactivation. Also, try to switch your theme to e.g. Storefront, and check if the issue may be related to the theme.

This will help me determine if it’s not a compatibility issue and which plugin is the cause.

    Best regards,
    Clint

Thank you for the quick response. I will do as you suggest and I will let you know if I found if there is a conflict with a plugin or theme

I found the issue and it’s another plugin called Relevanssi https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/relevanssi/ causing the conflict. As soon as I disabled it the search worked again. This is good as that plugin didn’t work to begin with. Thank you and I will upgrade your plugin in the next two days.

Also it would help if the display pops up so people can see something is about to happen with the search and they could expect results and see the spinner gif more clearly?

    Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion! For now, you can upload a different preloader image in WooCommerce > FiboSearch > Search bar (tab) > Preloader.

    Best regards,
    Clint
