Same settings, diff plugin, no longer works -frustrated

I had a site set up that I decided not to use. It had ninja forms, along with the 3rd party integration plugin. Before wiping that site, I took screen shots of the 3rd party integration that WAS working with a service similar to mailchimp, constant contact, etc. I set up the new site, this time with Contact Form 7, put the same settings that I saved in the screen shots and now it no longer works. The only thing that’s now different is that I’m using CF7 instead of NinjaForms because I needed to have Multisite capability and use local file attachments (different one on each site, and Ninja doesn’t support this at the moment) Does anyone have any idea why the same 3rd party configuration would not work?
