Same size product blocks

Is there anyway to adjust the size of the product blocks? I understand different factors decide how big the product block needs to be example: Product image size, Price variations and length of product name. I have adjusted the product’s thumbnails not to exceed a certain size and using css hide the star reviews (some products had reviews others didn’t making some blocks bigger than others). The only thing I can not adjust is the fact some products are variations and some are not so some pricing is longer than others making the product blocks different sizes. Is there a way to set it so each product block is the same size and the information within the block adjust smaller or larger to fit correctly within the block? (It is driving my client who is OCD crazy lol) Thank you for your help!
