Same thank you page on different users

    I have done several tests and created several users, if I make a purchase with one of them, on the thank you page that appears for the buyer, I can access it by logging in with another user and I can access the download with another user with whom I do not I have made the purchase.
    The thank you page is not removed in new sessions and should be.
    Also since we are about to ask that it not be, it would be good to create a shortcode for a user account, example for ultimate member, that will load the purchases that that user has made and show all the data that appears on the thank you page such as: date of the purchase, transaction ID, price, taxes, total amount, etc…
    This way the customer could also have a record of his purchases.

    Hi, this could be related to a cache issue. Do you have a cache plugin running in your site and or your server?

    No, 5 clean installations, same problem in all of them.
    I only use this plugin, without caching plugin.

    Did you carry out the test in a different browser? Or did you cleared the browser cache and then carried out a test using the same browser?

    Is your site using the standard thank you page created by our plugin when you first install and activate the plugin as per the following documentation?

    I have used the standard and the personalized one and it continues to show the thank you page with a purchase and download note to all users, if you try it you will see how it is.

    Hi, Sorry to see that you are having this issue.

    This feature works fine as I have tested this myself just now (to confirm). So the issue is going to be related to some kind of conflict or compatibility related issue on your site. Normally this is almost always a caching related issue. I have explained the caching issue below:

    The e-commerce functionality needs a dynamic page being shown to the visitors (so they are seeing the latest values/data of a product). A cached page simply shows a static cached page (our plugin doesn’t get a chance to apply the latest calculation and price to that page). When a cached page is being shown, the user is not actually being shown the updated price values of a product. That’s what causes the issue with e-commerce type setup because an e-commerce type site is not the same as a blog type site.

    Since you are having this conflict, you may need too look at using an alternative plugin to see if that works better with your server environment.
