Same theme different results

    I have two wordpress installations, same version and exact same theme. I just copies one theme to the other. what I cannot understand is that one blog shows the sidebar on the left and the other shows the sidebar on the right (what is how I want them both to be). Any ideas why this has happened. They are both on the same server too. v 2.1.2

    Don’t understand, the themes aren’t the same (and both have sidebar on the right) when I view them.
