Same Theme with Separate Domains

Over time, I’ve been constantly searching for the Holy Grail of WordPress Themes. Such an elusive goal! I still haven’t found it. And, the main reason that I had had that dream, was the idea that a theme should be able to do everything I want it to do regardless of the content I use.
I’ve given up on that quest for the time being! What I’m doing now is using A SINGLE THEME ON DIFFERENT DOMAINS. I’m having better luck now with bbPress on a separate domain, AND different concepts on separate domains (I don’t know why I didn’t try this earlier). At any rate, here’s my current effort of using Ward Pro on 3 Separate Domain Names:
