Same title images

Hello ,
when uploading images with the same title/filename , we end up with the same url and only one image.
For example after uploading 2 images with same filename1.jpg, WP media shows 2 different images but with the same url. But if you get the 300×300 one, it will give you the first uploaded image because the second one was not big enough to create a 300×300 thumb and the old version was not overwritten.https://d3sgyrafn929g0.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2015/09/28130712/to.jpg
