• Resolved BritishSoldier

On two separate update installation of WP, I’ve received the same warning:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘polls_textdomain’ not found or invalid function name in /homepages/1/d287997859/htdocs/fh/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496

Can someone give me a solution.

I’m using the latest version of WP as at 18/12/14

    Thank you.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

James, just wanted to say WOW, your directions are so perfectly crystal clear! ??

Randy, thanks, I just put them in as code so they stand out just a tiny bit. ??

    BritishSoldier, you’re welcome!

It turns out that the latest update of All-In-one-SEO resolved the issue.

Regardless, thank you for your help James.
