Same wordpress from 2 url, different cache?

    I need a wordpress installation that is going to be accesible for the primary domain and for one subdomain.

    This subdomain will have some changes. I want to redirect mobile traffic to there.

    Is the super cache going to serve a cache for m.domain.com and a different one for domain.com or is it the same cache files?
