Sample Webinar Text not getting updated

    Hey,

    I was testing the plugin as I need to integrate with our official wordpress website. However while testing, I did almost everything as said, however in the upcoming webinar list, “Sample Webinar” text is not getting updated.

    I did updated few events in the GoToWebinar dashboard.

    I need to have this resolution at the earliest.

    Hi Uday,

    Our plugin implements caching so this is why if you update something in GoToWebinar it’s likely not to show up in the upcoming webinar list. In the plugin settings we have a clear cache tab and button which can refresh the cache. But note, this button can only be pressed once per a day. Note, the cache will automatically delete itself everyday.

    If you want to press the clear cache button multiple times a day you need to clear your website transients – there are free WordPress plugins which can delete your site transients.
