Sanbox Testing Error

Hi I have added plugin with testing setup store id store5 and yesguy API token enable sandbox option and testing it with card no. 424242424242 date- 02/20 cvv- 123
But in Moneris payment checkout it is showing error
Payment error: Incomplete Transaction

Please tell me how to resolve it..
