    When you review the orders that are made of the products on the page of Printful are in “failed” status, when payments are made by paypal from a page with woocommerce, using the “sandbox” .. is using a few test for this, is it okay to be like that?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    If an order has a “failed” status in your Printful dashboard, you can see the reason for it by opening up the order and looking at the status bar at the top.

    Most commonly orders fail due to an issue with the billing method you have to upload in your Billing settings.
    If you have not uploaded a billing method with us, you can do so via your Printful dashboard, by clicking on your name in the upper right > Billing > Billing methods.
