Sandbox doesn’t work

Hello,
In test mode, I have to connect to my Sandbox account, when I choose private account, I have to enter my phone number and the system asks for a confirmation code sent by SMS, and when I choose the professional account, the system asks for validate my email address.
Problem: I don’t receive any text messages or emails AND Sandbox is a test mode so it’s not supposed to ask for personal information
How is it possible ?
