Sassy social share pugin display total share problem

    Hello,

    On all of my blog posts the counters no longer work. At first it worked.
    We have made dozens of shares for each article myself and my associate. We share these shares in facebook groups. When I installed the Team Heateor Sassy Social Share plugin, these shares were taken into account. Why is it no longer working today?

    Hi there,

    Make sure you have saved Facebook App Id and Secret in the Miscellaneous section at plugin options page in admin area and have saved at least 10 minutes as share count cache refresh time. If you have done it already and still facing the issue, try increasing the share count cache refresh time. Increasing this time interval makes Facebook graph API requests less frequent and prevents this graph API to reach request limit.
