Sassy Social Sharing & BuddyPress

I am wondering if this can be achieved,

The problem I am having, is members of my site using the buddypress activity wall, when they make a post and try to share to any of the social media platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter..ect), they are only getting the meta information from my website and not the actual post itself.

But I have been trying everything and it only posts my Sites Meta.

Much help would be greatly appreciated if this can be achieved.
