    Hi @clrlbk20

I hope you are doing well.

I can see the issue on your end, could you give it a try and move the Form out of the accordion and see if makes any difference?

The date field is also not working and there is a JS error on the browser console, I believe it is related.

In case it works, please let us know if you are using a plugin for the accordion item, or if it is part of your theme.

Kindly also export the form and share here using pastebin.com

    Best Regards

    Hello Patrick,

Massive apologies for the delay in responding. The accordion is, in fact, a theme element. I did move the form outside of it, but am still experiencing the same issue.

Just in case it was an issue I ensured the SSL was enabled (this is a staging site) and the HTTPS enforce was on as well.

    Here’s the exported form: https://pastebin.com/ytjaFZet

    Warm Regards,
    Charlene

    Hi @clrlbk20

I tested your form on my lab site and Safe as Draft works as it should. As mentioned above there are some console errors, even related to Forminator core files.

    1. In the first place, please replace Forminator core files via FTP or file manager and see if that helps.
    2. If that will not give any positive results, please deactivate all plugins except the Fomrinator one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works. Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Thanks so much! It looks like the culprit was the Events Manager Plugin. We’ll have to sort out another solution, but both the Save as Draft and the calendar pull down seem to be working now.
