Save button disappears

    I have a fresh install of wordpress 4.1.1 and the only plugin activated is this one only others installed are the defaults. When I try and create a form as soon as I fill in the unique name field the save button disappears so I am not able to create a form.

    There are zero customizations to the site currently. This plugin is one of the first things I tried to do. The save button shows until I start typing the unique name so I am not sure what is going on here.

    Thanks for trying our our plugin. Please make sure the Unique name is different from existing forms. Although this will also show a warning below the field in red.

    If the problem persists, please create a support ticket on our helpdesk. We may need temporary access to your dashboard to fix it.

    I will open a ticket. I haven’t even been able to create a single form at all yet.

    I’m having the same problem and I cannot create any form at all
