save button on caldera forms
-
After the update of Caldera, I still have an issue on 1 form. The button “save form” has disappeared. All the other forms on the same website are ok, so I wonder what could cause this.
-
I have the same problem.
Me too. I tried cloning a form but can’t save it.
Just saw alert on Calderra’s support forum that there’s a problem with the new release on WordPress 5.6. They suggest downgrading to 5.5.x. Annoying.
Temporary Workaround:
https://it.www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
-> You need to set the jQuery Version to legacy 1.12.4-wp in the settings of Enable Jquery Migrate Helper.- This reply was modified 3 years, 11 months ago by polzin.
@polzin thank you for the workaround. 2 affected forms are working again and save button is present.
Not sure if it is related but in my case the 2 affected forms are using “validate email” processor that used to be a free add-on for caldera forms. However, this free add-on seems to have been removed from add-on repository on caldera website and from WordPress plugins repository. On caldera add-ons page the free add-on is replaced now by a paid one.
Worked for me too! +1
Fixed my issue too.
No official fix ?I’m also having this issue. For me it’s on forms with the Authorize.net processor. This is a paid plugin but I haven’t heard anything back from the support team yet.
Here’s a copy of the console errors on that page if anyone is interested:

I have the same problem here on several websites (fixed with the workaround). Where’s the official fix? Where is the support? For a long time I have had the feeling that this plugin is no longer maintained properly.
Finally, it’s fixed with the newest update!
